BRO Recruitment 2019 Application Form Eligibility Criteria

Candidates have to follow the minimum eligibility criteria stated in the BRO official notification while applying for these jobs.

Age Limit

    • 18 – 27 years for post numbers 1, 2, and 3
    • 18 – 25 years for post number 4

Age Relaxation

    • 3 years for OBC
    • 5 years for SC/ ST
    • 10 years for PWD
    • For detailed relaxation refer to notification

Educational Qualification                    

  1. DVRMT(OG): Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent. Possessing a heavy Motor vehicle driving license.
  2. Electrician: Matriculation from a recognized Board.
  3. Vehicle Mechanic: Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent. Possessing Certificate of Mechanic in Motor Vehicle / Diesel / Heat Engine.
  4. Multi Skilled Worker (Cook): Matriculation (10th Class) from a recognized Board or equivalent.

Application Fee

  • No fee in respect of SC/ST/PWD
  • Rs. 50/- for others

Selection Process

Physical Efficiency Test /Practical Test as applicable to the particular trades/Written Examination.

Pay Scale

  • For Posts 1, 2, 3: Rs.19900 – 44400/-
  • For Post 4: Rs.18000 – 39900/-
